Eens zullen de Getuigen er niet meer zijn

The Belgian Amicale d'Auschwitz-Birkenau organised a three-day study trip to the two camps for 120 young university students accompanied by ten survivors. On site, discussions took place on ethics, racism and dictatorship. The young people also asked themselves how they would have behaved under the Nazi regime if they had been Germans. The film is a documentary and not a reportage. The ten witnesses are omnipresent and the camps are meticulously portrayed by the camera. Over the years, this documentary has become a valuable historical, educational and teaching tool.
