Synopsis
Just Like Our Parents shows the everyday life of a woman who, in addition to her obligations as a mother, wife and daughter, also has her own problems to deal with.
The life of 38-year-old Rosa (Maria Ribeiro) is marked by generational conflicts. On the one hand, she has to take care of her mother Clarice (Clarisse Abujamra), and on the other hand, she has a daughter of her own to raise. In addition, she has difficulties in her marriage and on top of that she wants to achieve professional goals herself. Just Like Our Parents shows Rosa's attempt to fill all these roles without neglecting even one of them.
