Synopsis

Producer and father Alex de Ronde sketches a loving and touching portrait of his deaf son Tobias, who has found his way in life and doesn't consider himself pathetic at all. We follow Tobias on the cutting edge of past and future. Through the use of family films, we see how Tobias grows up. He maintains a close relationship with his slightly older, hearing brother, Joachim. Together, they look back on their youth with a sense of humour and affection.
