Flemish singer Joe Harris has a gig in Cannes during the Film Festival. There he meets the pretty Diana who wants to be an actress. He introduces them to Marcel, a film producer. Soon he finds that Marcel is using her to eavesdrop and record confidential conversations of the competition about their future film plans.
